Nature of activity
This website provides information about the private rental of residential units at the Delijski Vis property in Niš (Serbia). This is private asset management, not a commercial enterprise. Residential rental is exempt from VAT under § 4 No. 12 of the German VAT Act (UStG); a VAT identification number is therefore not provided.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform on 20 July 2025; a corresponding link is therefore omitted. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
